Protein alignment conservation visualizer

Upload multiple sequence alignments to identify and visualize conserved residues. Optionally add PDB structures to annotate secondary structure elements of a representative sequence, and compare conservation across protein families.

Dotted lines connect positions conserved across all three groups.
